Meet the expert doctors and nurses available to you at the Parkmore Medical Centre. Nurses on staff at Parkmore Medical include Felicity Demediuk, Stephanie Apuzzo and Michelle.
Completed her General Training and Ward Administration Certificate at The Royal Melbourne Hospital, followed by midwifery training at The Mercy Maternity Hospital Melbourne.
She then worked at The Royal Children’s, The Queen Victoria Pediatric Unit, Royal Melbourne Surgical unit and Sandringham Hospital. Since 1980 she has been part of the nursing team at PMC and worked various agency placements throughout Melbourne’s vast hospital network.
Stephanie received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Toronto in Canada. Following graduation she worked at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre in Toronto where she specialized in High Risk Obstetrics, surgical, maternal and child health. Stephanie joined PMC in 2009.
Michelle graduated from Victoria University with a bachelor of nursing degree. Michelle has spent most of her nursing career at Alfred Health (Sandringham and Alfred Hospital). Whilst at Alfred Health, she specialized mostly in General surgery, Gynae, Day Procedures and SSOU. Michelle also has experience in the areas of Orthopaedics, ENT, Urology, Medical, Outpatients and ED.
Carlye graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of nursing. She has a keen interest in Paediatrics and spent several years working at the Royal Childrens Hospital in Melbourne. Carlye has also worked as a rural nurse in a school setting where she gained her Nurse immuniser qualification from Latrobe University.
Paulina completed a Bachelor of Nursing at Monash University. Following her graduation, she has worked at Monash Medical Centre, specializing in gynaecological oncology, gynaecology, breast and general surgery. Paulina also gained a qualification in High Dependancy Nursing and subsequently worked in the High Dependancy Unit at Monash, specializing in the above fields and also urology, ENT (ear, nose and throat) and orthopaedics. Paulina joined Parkmore Medical Centre in 2009.
